Internships kind of stole the show today. TikTok, Cloudflare, Rivian, Zipline, and Jump all posted something, and Jump lists its AI research internship at $300k annualized. I checked. That is actually what it says.
The full-time list is pretty good too. Qualcomm has an embedded role that only asks for a related bachelor's degree, MJH has a remote role for people with 0-2 years of experience, and Intramotev says internships, research, and coursework count.

TODAY'S DROP

Best companies: Qualcomm, TikTok, Rivian, Cloudflare, Jump Trading
APPLY FIRST
Level: New grad / early career
Location: San Diego, CA / On site
Pay: $94,200-$141,200/yr
Why first: Qualcomm makes the chips and wireless tech inside a lot of phones, cars, and connected devices. The only listed requirement is a bachelor's in CS, engineering, or a related field, which is unusually reasonable for the salary. Best for anyone who wants to work closer to the hardware.

Location: San Jose, CA / On site
Pay: $45-$60/hr
Why first: This team works on ad measurement and privacy, so the job is more data systems and privacy engineering than ad creative. It is open to BS/MS students who know their algorithms and can code in Go, JavaScript, Java, or C++.
Level: Internship
Location: Palo Alto, CA / On site
Pay: $38-$51/hr
Why first: Rivian and Volkswagen created this joint venture to build software for electric vehicles. The Fall internship is on embedded platforms and only lists two hard requirements: be enrolled in a US bachelor's or master's program and know C++.
NEW GRAD / EARLY CAREER
MJH runs healthcare media and education brands. This one is fully remote and actually entry-level: 0-2 years or a solid project portfolio. They want JavaScript or TypeScript, basic API experience, and someone who already uses tools like Claude Code or Cursor. $65K-$80K.
Intramotev is a small St. Louis company building self-propelled, battery-electric railcars, which is a lot more interesting than another CRUD app. They count internships, research, and serious coursework toward the 0-2 years. Best for C/C++, RTOS, or hardware-debugging experience. $65K-$90K.
Bracebridge is a Boston hedge fund, and this is one of the more approachable ML roles I found. They count internships, undergrad research, thesis work, and substantial personal projects toward the 0-2 years. You will need strong Python and the usual data-science libraries. $110K-$145K.
CoreWeave supplies the GPU cloud behind a lot of AI work. This is firmware rather than model training: C/C++, embedded systems, and the hardware underneath large AI clusters. It asks for 1-3 years, so this makes the most sense if you have strong internship or co-op experience. Hybrid in NJ/NYC, $109K-$160K.
INTERNSHIPS
Cloudflare sits in front of roughly 20% of web traffic, so even small changes can reach a lot of people. The posting is broad across CS, engineering, math, and stats and does not pile on a long list of requirements. Austin, hybrid.
Zipline builds autonomous delivery aircraft used for medicine, food, and retail orders. This one is for students who have built robots or electromechanical projects and used C, C++, Python, or Rust on embedded Linux or an RTOS. South San Francisco, $54/hr.
Jump lists this internship at $300K annualized, because apparently yesterday's DRW number was not enough. It is extremely selective: they want published or serious open-source AI research plus Python or C++. Chicago.
